2. Products and Ingredients

Wysk N Krumbs offers healthy granola blends made using premium ingredients.
All product information, including nutritional values and ingredient lists, is provided to the best of our ability and may be updated without prior notice.

• Products are handcrafted in small batches.

• Store in a cool, dry place.

• Allergy Warning: Our granolas may contain or be processed in facilities handling nuts, seeds, and gluten.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed via our website and confirmed upon receipt of payment.

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and selected online gateways.

• For WhatsApp orders, order confirmation and payment instructions will be shared manually.

Wysk N Krumbs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Wysk N Krumbs will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE

5. Subscription & Recurring Orders

If you opt for a recurring subscription or bundle plan:

• You authorize us to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis.

• You may cancel or pause your subscription by contacting us at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, packaging designs, product names, website content, and visuals are the intellectual property of Wysk N Krumbs.
You may not copy, reuse, or distribute our content or product visuals without written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

By using our site, you agree to our Privacy Policy (available separately). We take your data seriously and do not share or sell personal information without consent, except for fulfilling orders and legal requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wysk N Krumbs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

11. Method of Payment

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency). The logo of the accepted cards is to be mentioned on their Home page and on their Payment check out page.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
