Shipping, Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Wysk N Krumbs, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth ordering and delivery experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • Wysk N Krumbs will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days across the UAE.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping address and courier partner.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third‑party logistics partners, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2. Return Policy

  • As our products are fresh food items, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered.

  • However, if you receive:

    • A damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting pictures and order details.

  • After internal verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

3. Cancellation & Replacement Policy

  • Orders can be canceled or modified only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

  • For recurring subscription plans, you may pause or cancel your subscription by contacting us at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.

  • If a replacement is approved for a damaged or incorrect product, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after verification and will be made to the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the claim is not raised within the stipulated 48‑hour window or if adequate proof is not provided.
